EQUIPMENT SALES

All lawn mower sales are considered final. Due to the specialized nature of these machines and for safety considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any power equipment once it has left our care. We encourage a thorough consultation with our experts prior to your purchase to ensure the perfect fit for your landscape.

PARTS & COMPONENTS

We understand that precision requires the right pieces. We will graciously accept returns on parts under the following conditions: • Condition: The part must be unused, in its original pristine packaging, and free of any signs of installation. • Documentation: A valid original receipt is required for all transactions. • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
