Mini excavators, also called compact excavators, are tracked construction equipment. Mini excavators are lighter making them easier to transport, reach and navigate smaller spaces compared to larger models. Six to ten ton excavators can dig up to 15 feet deep and are good for trenching, backfilling, foundation work, land clearing, and transporting construction materials.
